All drawings produced for the District shall be created using the seed file provided with the Facility Software. The seed file provides the basic set-up for the design file. Files created without the correct seed file will not be accepted.
The Facility Drafting seed file has been set up with the following parameters. Items shown in BOLD Italic type face should not be altered by the consultant.

Master Unit Name: Survey Feet, Label: ' Sub Unit Name: Survey Inch, Label: " Resolution: 96000 per Survey Foot Working units are altered to allow for drafting multiple drawing scales on one drawing. See the section on Drawing Scales, for additional information. |
Global Origin |
The global origin is set by the District, and remains constant for all projects. |
Level Symbology |
The LEVEL SYMBOLOGY and LEVEL OVERRIDES display should be set to "ON" in all files. A level symbology table has been established to assign colors to specific levels. Actual colors are not used in design files. The level symbology table provides a quick method for checking for correct level use. |
